Outline of session:  

This makerspace session provides and interactive and informative opportunity to look at developing, embedding video-based content as well as the benefits of using these approaches. This will cover the tools, Panopto and Linkedin Learning.  During this session we will demonstrate good practice examples and you will be given the opportunity to create your own activities with the guidance and support from the Digital Education team. 

Learning outcomes:  

• To identify key tools and benefits for creating and using video based content. 
• To discuss and develop ideas related to implementation and practice. 
• To practice methods of implementation using the tools provided within the session. 

Requirements:

How to book

Bookings should be made through your MyView account, just log on and go to: 

• My Training and Development. 
• New Course Booking. 

You can search for the course by entering key words from the title.  Alternatively, if you select ‘Digital Education’ under ‘type’ and click the ‘search’ button, this will show you all of our courses. Please be aware that to book a course you first click on the title, then select the date. Once this is done, click book.
