Session outline:

This short session is designed to support administrators with using Blackboard Ultra for their colleges/schools. It will focus on some core elements:

• Accessing the admin panel of blackboard and features you can use it for
• Enrolling staff to sites and resolving access issues
• Posting announcements and communicating with students
• Uploading content to the course
• Managing grades and the grade centre (including exporting marks)

There will be time within the session to ask questions based around specific needs and requirements.

How to book

Bookings should be made through your MyView account, just log on and go to: 

• My Training and Development. 
• New Course Booking. 

You can search for the course by entering key words from the title.  Alternatively, if you select ‘Digital Education’ under ‘type’ and click the ‘search’ button, this will show you all of our courses. Please be aware that to book a course you first click on the title, then select the date. Once this is done, click book.
