Accessing Video Assignments on Older Courses from 1st October 2024

From 1^st October 2024 the ability to access video assignments via the Grade Centre in older Blackboard Original courses will no longer be available; the retirement of an older integration standard means that these links will ceases to function. However, all student submissions remain accessible to staff through the Panopto module folder link located on the left-hand menu of your module.

1. Open your Panopto Module Folder by clicking on the ‘Panopto’ link located on the left-hand menu of your Blackboard Original course.

2. Locate the ‘Assignments’ folder, this is where all student submissions are stored for your module, it also contains practice submissions if your students recorded multiple drafts of their assignment prior to submission. The folder name will have [assignments] appended.

3. Finally, within the ‘Assignments’ folder you will see a folder labelled Student Submissions, these are the videos that your students submitted to Blackboard and can be reviewed by any instructor, admin or external examiner enrolled on your Blackboard course.
