Booking onto Digital Training Week Sessions via My View

Firstly, access your My View account from the UniLincoln app or webpage, using the following link UniLincoln – Home (Web Link, Opens in a New Tab). Then complete the following steps:

  1. Access the My Training and Development tab, and click on New Course Booking.
  2. Select Digital Services from the Type drop-down.
  3. Click on the Search button.

Scroll through the list of available sessions to locate the one you wish to attend. The default display only shows between 3-5 sessions, ensure you use the scroll bar as shown below to reveal more sessions.

  1. Click on the title of the session that you wish to book onto.

  1. Click on the start date for the session occurrence that you wish to attend. The date will be underlined to show this is a hyperlink that can be clicked. Please do not click on the waiting list button.

  1. Lastly, click on the submit button to save your request. You should receive an automated email confirming your booking. Digital Services will send you further invites and information shortly after your booking, though this may not be instant.
