Staying Safe Online Toolkit

Welcome to the advice toolkit for staying safe online

Whether using the University’s core tools, or third-party tools for teaching and learning, is vital that our staff and students stay safe whilst working online. This toolkit is designed to help you to use software in a safe and effective way, helping to ensure that data and privacy are kept secure and the right people have the correct level of access as needed.

Using third-party tools

Third-party tools are free (or low cost) non-University-provided tools or services, for example, Google-Tools. The toolkit below has been put together to give you further information and advice when using third-party tools in your teaching.
