Description

This session provides an introduction to MS Forms and how it can be used to conduct interactive quizzing activities in live teaching sessions. Starting with a demonstration of the basics of creating a quiz within MS Forms, the session will introduce the rationale for incorporating interactive quizzes into teaching. Attendees will then explore different scenarios and activities that can incorporate interactive quizzing, focusing on how it can be used to surface the student voice.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this session you will be able: 

• To recognise the fundamental steps and different features that are used to create an interactive quiz within MS Forms.
• To discuss the different scenarios in which interactive quizzing might be used in teaching and learning.
• To compare these different scenarios and discuss how they might support the surfacing of the student voice.
• To embed Microsoft Form activities within PowerPoint for live delivery.
