Description
This session will equip School and College Administration staff with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage and utilise the Blackboard Ultra Virtual Learning Environment at admin, module and programme level. Attendees will explore the following topics:
- Navigating the Admin Panel and Courses tab. Â
- Additional Deliveries and VLE Site Manager. Â
- Bulk and Manual Enrolments. Â
- Understanding Automated Enrolments. Â
- Uploading Module Content. Â
- Posting Announcements. Â
- Managing the Grade Centre. Â
- Downloading Assessments. Â
- Turnitin Lookup Tool for Older Assignments.Â
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions specific to your School or College and gain suggestions, advice or feedback to support you in resolving these queries.Â
How to book
Bookings should be made through your MyView account, just log on and go to:Â
- My Training and Development.Â
- New Course Booking.Â
You can search for the course by entering key words from the title.  Alternatively, if you select ‘Digital Services’ under ‘type’ and click the ‘search’ button, this will show you all of our courses. Please be aware that to book a course you first click on the title, then select the date. Once this is done, click book.Â
