Outline of session:

This session focusses on using the office 365 suite to more effectively plan, organise and manage your workload. All of the content in this session is focused on how you can manage your own work individually. Please be aware we have a separate session for techniques to support group organisation and management.

During the session you will have the opportunity to learn about tools and approaches and have a chance to try these approaches with support in the room. We will mostly focus on the following Microsoft tools: Outlook, teams, planner/todo & OneNote.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this session you will be able to:

  • Use outlook to organise and automate inbox management.
  • Get an overview of upcoming meetings & events using viva insights.
  • Use planner/to do to organise daily tasks
  • Use OneNote to organise notes
  • Use teams and wider programmes to organise and share files.

How to book

You can search for the course by entering key words from the title.  Alternatively, if you select ‘Digital Education’ under ‘type’ and click the ‘search’ button, this will show you all of our courses. Please be aware that to book a course you first click on the title, then select the date. Once this is done, click book.
