Outline of the session: 

This ‘hands-on’ sesssion will provide information on; Introducing the Talis Elevate platform and showing how it can be used to deliver a blended learning experience for your students. Learning how you can engage your students in reading activities, group discussion and note taking using this new digital platform. Considering how different types of media can be utilised on Talis Elevate, from written texts, to audio and video files and images.

Learning objectives: 

• To understand how Talis Elevate works as a platform and be able to successful embed this tool into your blended teaching delivery on Blackboard
• To be confident enough to explore the use of different media within Talis Elevate, beyond just written texts.
• To understand how you can use the detailed analytics and reporting within Talis Elevate to track your students proceess over the course of a module.
